Allows users to search a repository of NIH-funded research projects and access publications and patents resulting from NIH funding.

Provides technical and financial assistance for economic development activities for low-income people by creating employment and business development opportunities. 

Provides assistance to eligible organizations to administer locally identified services and strategies to address the causes and conditions of poverty, including housing, nutrition, utility, and transportation assistance; and employment, education, crisis, and emergency services.
