Questions used to obtain the national baseline data
From the Current Population Survey Annual Social and Economic Supplements:
Numerator:
During 20__ in how many weeks did you work even for a few hours? Include paid vacation and sick leave as work.In the weeks that you worked, how many hours did you usually work per week?
During 20__, were there one or more weeks in which you worked less than 35 hours? Exclude time off with pay because of holidays, vacation, days off, or sickness.- Yes

Methodology notes
Year-round, full time employment is defined as usually working full time (35 hours or more per week) for 50 to 52 weeks. Children living with parent excludes children living with relatives other than parents.
History
1. Because Healthy People 2030 objectives have a desired direction (e.g., increase or decrease), the confidence level of a one-sided prediction interval can be used as an indication of how likely a target will be to achieve based on the historical data and fitted trend.
