In this Cochrane systematic review, the Cochrane Collaborative found that policies and practices that reduce the size, availability, and appeal of larger‐sized food portions, packages, and tableware may reduce how much food people eat. Researchers also found that it isn’t clear if reducing smaller-sized portions is as effective as reducing larger-sized portions.
