The Community Preventive Services Task Force (CPSTF) recommends interactive digital interventions to improve blood pressure control in people with high blood pressure. In these interventions, people get personalized, automated guidance on blood pressure self-management through digital devices — like mobile phones or telephones. CPSTF found that these interventions lead to decreases in systolic and diastolic blood pressure
