Use Move Your Way® Materials to Get Older Adults Moving in Your Community!

May is Older Americans Month and National Physical Fitness & Sports Month — and to celebrate, ODPHP is inviting you to use Move Your Way materials for older adults in your work.

The older adult materials help adults ages 65 years and older learn about the benefits of staying active — and provide tips on finding activities that work for them.

Use these Move Your Way materials to help older adults understand the amount and types of physical activity they need to be healthy:

Be sure to explore the Physical Activity Guidelines Midcourse Report: Implementation Strategies for Older Adults for actionable strategies to increase physical activity and support healthy aging.
