The Federal Plan for Equitable Long-Term Recovery and Resilience (Federal Plan for ELTRR) was developed by the ELTRR Interagency Workgroup with active, sustained, and consistent engagement. The interagency body was formed in early 2020 in response to a specific objective in the federal government’s joint COVID-19 response.
Senior career professionals from over 35 federal departments and agencies collaborated to develop the Plan. The number of departments and agencies engaged in the workgroup continues to grow.
