Today, we are pleased to release a virtual toolkit with a collection of new resources that can support the growing numbers of health professionals who are implementing or developing Food Is Medicine initiatives around the country. These foundational resources arm the health care sector, human services entities, medical professionals and others with tools they can use to improve the health and wellbeing of all people living in the United States.

There’s still time to register for the next meeting of the 2025 Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee. The meeting will be held Wednesday, September 25, from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM ET, and Thursday, September 26, from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM ET.

The President’s Council on Sports, Fitness & Nutrition had a busy weekend in the nation’s capital. On Friday, September 6, Council members and federal leaders convened at the Hubert H.
